What is your return policy for open-box items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, open-box items must be in original condition with all accessories included and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Are the drones pre-calibrated and ready to fly?
Most of our 'Ready-to-Fly' (RTF) models come pre-calibrated from the factory, though we always recommend performing a quick compass calibration before your first flight.
